Whether you are moving from a break fix method of support to a Managed Services platform, or you are starting a new company and want to resell Hosted Services, we are your one stop for all your business needs.  Everything that we offer to our own clients, we can rebrand for our partners to resell.

We believe in contributing to our partners' success, so we have designed a program that aligns our revenues and profitability to those of our partners. We do not expect you to buy hundreds of software licenses or to pay sign-up fees. Ours is a unique, pay-as-you-go model where we bill based on the exact number of desktops and servers being managed every month. There are no minimum purchases. We do not place any restrictions on what our partners charge for their managed service, and encourage them to place their private label on our offering and sell it under their own brand names.

To be a Net-Flow Solutions partner, an IT service provider is required to sign a partner agreement and that is it, no setup or retainer fees. Partners may terminate the agreement at any time by giving Net-Flow Solutions one-month written notice. The agreement also contains clauses preventing Net-Flow Solutions from selling directly to partners' end-customers.

In addition to engineers in the Net-Flow Solutions U.S.-based NOC and Call Centers, each partner is assigned a dedicated, U.S.-based account manager who handles the business relationship with the partner, and trains our partners on how to implement our services and how to effectively integrate our processes with yours. The account managers also act as a liaison with our NOC, working with partners to answer any technical questions about Net-Flow Solutions products and services.

PARTNER PROGRAM BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Pay-as-you-go model Net-Flow Solutions has a true pay-as-you-go model with no up-front fees or license purchase requirements. There is no retainer amount paid by the partner either and partners can decide to terminate the agreement with Net-Flow Solutions at any time.

Private-Labeled Approach We believe in partners creating their own brand and selling their managed service under their own brand name.  The services delivered under the U.S. based NOC program do not involve communication to the end-users. For those partners using the U.S. based Call Centers, the inbound call is answered, "Technical support, how may I help you?"
